(a)  access and use the Tipsee website (www.Tipsee.com.au) (the ‘Website’);
(b)  place an order for products, services or both through our online store.
(c)  view and interact with any content, information, communications, advice, text or other material provided by Tipsee (Content); and
(d)  otherwise communicate with Tipsee,
subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms).
By using the Website, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions, which we may update from time to time without notice.  You should check this page regularly and take notice of any changes made. Applicable law

By accessing the Website, you accept that any disputes about this site or its Content are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia, according to the laws in force in that State and subject to the application of any principle of conflict of laws inconsistent with this requirement.
As this site can be accessed throughout Australia and overseas, Tipsee does not represent that the Content complies with the laws of any country outside Australia. If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and responsibility and are responsible for making sure you comply with all applicable laws in the place you are located.

Orders

Placing Online Orders

Orders for goods and services are placed by you when you proceed through our website, input customers’ order details and payment information and confirm payment of the order. On successfully placing and making payment for an online order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the purchase process.

Customers are responsible for checking and confirming orders, including order details, products, information and delivery address, are correct at the time of placing an online order. To the extent permitted by law, Tipsee accepts no liability or responsibility for any incorrect orders or order details.

Once an online order is placed, Tipsee is not generally able to make any amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. If the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we may be able to cancel the order and make changes to delivery information, however we cannot guarantee this.

Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once Tipsee receives payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the Tipsee staff, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia.

Fraud

Tipsee takes every measure against credit card fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation

Meshki Tipsee reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.
Tipsee is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.

Payment

We have set out below the payment methods which we accept for payments. We may change these payment methods from time to time.

You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with the terms and conditions, including transaction limits or purchase requirements, and in particular in relation to any buy-now-pay-later service providers, for any payment method you utilize to make a purchase from Tipsee.

Payment Options

Shop Pay, PayPal and credit cards are accepted as valid payment methods. Tipsee also accepts (in certain regions only) buy-now-pay-later payment methods offered through Afterpay.

Discount Codes, Sales & Promotions

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note, discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Title and Risk

As between you and Tipsee, title and risk to any goods purchased by you from Tipsee website will remain with Tipsee and will only pass to you on occurrence of both payment in full for those goods and successful delivery of those goods to the address nominated in your online order.

Price and Tax

Prices for goods and services are as marked and quoted in AUD, provided however that Tipsee reserves the right to amend any prices at any time prior to purchase where Tipsee believes there has been an error, mistake or the incorrect price was inadvertently given in relation to the good or service.

You are responsible for meeting all taxes, duties, charges and otherwise (including any customs, import taxes, and duties) associated with your purchase of goods and services from Tipsee based on your region.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are stated inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes and will be stated in Australian Dollar. Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter (if applicable). Tipsee is not responsible for any currency conversation rates charged as a result of you making your purchase with another currency.

Tipsee makes the goods and services available for sale, both in-store and online, for personal use only and not for any wholesale purposes. You must not offer for the resale any goods or services purchased from Tipsee without Tipsee’s express prior written consent.
