RETURN POLICY

At Tipsee, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Our Returns Policy allows you to shop with confidence, as we offer Refunds and Store Credits (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Orders placed without the use of a discount code or without the purchase of a marked down item are eligible for a Refund.Β 

Sale items (marked down items) and items sold on promotion (through the use of discount codes upon checkout) are non-refundable, a Store Credit will be issued.

For an item to be eligible for a return it will need to meet the criteria below:

  • The item(s) must be in original condition, the product packaging must be unopened, and the product must be unworn and unused. This means there must be no tears on the box sleeve, no broken seals, etc.
  • The purchase must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the order.
  • Original Order Number and details must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Returned as a whole set, if the product was purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack.
  • If a product comes with complimentary accessories or gift(s), those should also be returned with the products in their original condition and packaging.

If you decide to return an item(s) and the remaining items in your order do not meet the promotion conditions, the promotion effects will also be deducted from the Refund/ Store Credit value.

Australia return shipping is covered by a flat fee of $14.95. This fee will be deducted from the total Refund/ Store Credit value unless the product(s) you received is incorrect or faulty.

For returns from outside Australia, the shipping service and cost are to be completed via your local postal service. Any duties paid are based on your local government requirements and are not eligible for a Refund or Store credit.

Tipsee reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will not be accepted, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Tipsee. Due to the complex nature of the shipping network, Tipsee is not liable for any items received back that are not from Tipsee. They may not be returned to you. Please process your return carefully, ensuring the correct label is attached.

This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

HOW TO RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tipsee.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an address for where to send your package or provide a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Then, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Refunds/ Store Credit will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned package.

REFUND

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, credit card refunds may take longer to process, depending on your bank.

If you paid via Afterpay or Paypal, your refund will be credited to your account.

STORE CREDIT

Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

EXCHANGE

We are not able to offer direct exchange.Β  For a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that we are notified via emailing us a return request within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. Please note in this email the reason for the refund is 'Arrived Defective', and include a description of the fault, and upload an image. This will then be assessed by our customer service team and a free returns label will be provided. We cannot assess or proceed with a refund if the fault is noticed after wearing the item.

Faulty Refunds will be processed within 14 days back to the original payment method once the return has been received by our warehouse.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards and purchases made using gift cards are non-refundable.Β 

For Combo/ Set purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.

Items discounted by 50% or more or are classified as Final Sale and will be clearly marked on the product page. Please note, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless deemed faulty.
