*Order processing takes 2 business days (may take more time during sales, holidays, and extreme weather events). Delivery times in the table above start when the order is picked up from our warehouse by Australia Post, orders are not processed over weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.
Delivery times are stated in business days; orders placed after 2pm on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office on imported goods. Tipsee are not responsible for these fees. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees-imposed rests with the customer. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any applicable tax, duties charges and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.
Our trusted courier partners may choose to utilize an Authority To Leave service when delivering your order, provided they assess that the delivery address has a secure location for parcel placement without requiring a signature. It's important to note that in such instances, Tipsee cannot be held responsible in the event the parcel goes missing. Additionally, regretfully, we won't be able to issue refunds or resend the parcel under these circumstances.
We do not ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting hello@tipsee.com
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate order for each.
